Hi there my name is Dena. I am a Marion based pet carer! I work for the post office in Marion 3 days a week...I would spend all my time outside with my pet if I could....I'm 52 and decided I want to do something I really love....I grew up on one of the last farms in Staten Island Ny....my mom was a single mother...so I spent a lot of time with my uncle joe. "Farmer Joe" and my cousin penny...I inherited my love for animals from them....penny used to take me riding all the time at her stable...my uncle joe woke me up early handed me the basket and sent me in the chicken coupe...then we would milk the goat and I would help him in the garden...some of my best memories growing up....you don't know fear til you been chased by a mean rooster...lol...I get yelled at at work all the time cause I stop and pet the horses on my stops....I have a baby ferret named mishu...registered service animal...he's trained and only lives in a cage when I'm at work....it's like having a toddler in the house...lol....I need him as much as he needs me....I would love to come play with ...cuddle....and care for your pet....I've kept snakes...tarantulas...rabbits...cats...tropical fish...turtles....I got Mishu to replace my 2 foot long bearded dragon...I raised him til he was 9 years old....also trained....one of the best pets I ever had....LIZ...I've even kept mice, too cute to feed to the snakes....I live in Mullins now. in the middle of cotton fields..it's amazing ...and hope to have chickens of my own one day...
