I am a pet enthusiast! I am prepared to spend the time and energy taking care of all your furry, scaly, squeaky and feathered friends. Cats are my specialty, but I have grown up with dogs as well and have taken care of the occasional snake. I do need a little bit of guidance when it comes to some pets, but knowing how much pet owners care for their animals, I'm sure that wouldn't be an issue. I am a fast learner and I take animal care quite seriously. I recently had to leave my two kittens for a whole week and worrying about them was exhausting. I want to make it so you are worrying less and relaxing more when you leave your best friends in my hands. I truly look forward to working with you! Availability: I am usually quite flexible throughout the week however, I am not available for all day care on Thursdays or Fridays, but still definitely available for check ins (walking, feeding, simple care etc). I prefer not to do over nights but I can if need be during part of the week. My rate: Price will be entirely dependent on the distance I am driving, how many times I check on your pets, how many tasks need to be completed and the difficulty of them. I think it will be easy enough to come to a fair rate after chatting via phone call, facetime or even a face to face interview. My minimum is from $15 to $20 Other important facts to consider: I have been taking care of animals (cats and dogs) from a very young age. I have administered many different types of medicines. I have taken care of kittens as well as elder cats. I believe in bodily autonomy, meaning if your pet does not want to be held, handled or touched that is 100% their call. I don't believe in a "hands on" approach when it comes to timid animals, I will always let them come to me. I also have my own transportation.
