Pet Sitter in Victoria, British Columbia

Hi, I am a single woman in my mid 50’s, healthy and active. I have a wonderful 90lb, seven year old, gentle and happy, male Weimaraner. I mention this as any overnight stays, he would accompany me. I live in a dog friendly apartment building beside Beacon Hill Park, one block from ocean. This is a great area for exercising your dog. I am quite open to having your pooch here or in your home. My dog Lou is large but very child/cat/dog friendly. He’s a sweet and active dog so I am used to handling a large dog. I’m without a vehicle so I am looking for pet care opportunities in Fairfield, Jubilee, Oakland’s, Oak Bay, James Bay, Fernwood, Dallas Road and downtown area etc. But if a ride can be provided, I will travel anywhere on the southern island, with my dog. Please note, I have been vaccinated for Covid and await my second shot. I can pretty much take care of any needs your love may require as directed by your vet, no worries! I am extremely responsible. I walk a lot so long walks, romps on the beach, off leash zones, whatever your dog is comfortable with, I will take care of their needs. Oh and I can throw a pretty mean frisbee or ball too 😁 I have experience with puppies and seniors and I love them all! I truly respect dogs. If you need someone to maintain your garden, water your plants, feed your chickens or hamster and goldfish while you are away, I am happy to do this as well. I like to keep busy and enjoy plants and my hands in the dirt. I am available for daytime, evenings or straight around the clock, weekends or extended stays.
