Quick Bio: Hey! My name is Sarah Abroms, I'm 26, live in Florence, Alabama, and I'm hoping to be your new pet sitter. I've been casually pet sitting since age 16, but since graduating UNA three years ago with a BS in Biology, I've been able to focus my full attention on my one-woman pet sitting gig. I have never lived without an animal, usually more than one, in my home. My current animal companions include 3 fully-indoor cats and 3 stray outdoor cats who have adopted us (even in spite of how much they disliked being neutered, vaccinated, and given flea and tick prevention!) Services: I offer two types: -Hourly ($20/hr) -Overnight ($100/night) Things I do: -Go to your home, feed your pets the right food, in the right amount, at the right time. -Clean food and water bowls -Dispose of biological waste products and clean any remaining soiled spots -(If applicable) Administer medication(s) as directed by owner -Spend quality time bonding with your pet and provide plenty of opportunities for engaging exercise. -(If applicable) Can provide pet transportation to grooming appointments, etc. -Depending on the amount of time I spend with your cat, they may know how to give you a high-five once you return. After we chat, I like to visit your home to introduce myself to both you and your pets, and we'll have a casual sit-down discussing the animals' routines (feeding, exercise, etc.), behavior (quirks too), and medical history. I also get your preferred vet's office number, ask about vaccines and flea/tick prevention, and contact info of another person in the event I am unable to reach you. This visit is totally free, just a meet-and-greet, and you're more than welcome to ask any and every question you have about me or my pets, and my style of petsitting!
