Hello, I'm Alissa! I'm a 19 year old graduating senior in high school with a 4.0 GPA and an honors class. I am responsible and I have been around pets all my life. I have long-term taken care of turtles, fish, dogs, cats, other reptiles, rodents, exotic animals, and birds. I am slightly familiar with farm animals, such as chickens, horses, cows, goats, pigs. I do not have much experience with these animals though, and am only confident that I can feed and water these animals. I am able to work all hours after school, including weekends and breaks. I can work in your home or at mine, depending on the pets needs and yours. Starting at a young age I assisted my parents with breeding their love birds, mostly cleaning cages. I also have experience cleaning aquariums and litter boxes. I have owned pet mice and rats most of my life and have bred them responsibly; no animal scares me. I have owned multiple cats, dogs, and rodents personally and currently I have a small dog named Kitty. She has special needs, as she was abused and abandoned before I rescued her. She sometimes suffers from anxiety and seizures. I have no problem tending to special needs animals. I love animals and there is nothing I'd rather do than be around animals every day. Thanks for reading! My rates: (Household pets) 1 Pet-10$ an hour. (this is minimum wage plus cost of travel for me) Each additional pet I am sitting costs 5$ an hour. This rate includes feeding, watering, some play, and the sitting. Walking costs 25$ per walk per pet. I prefer to only walk 1 pet at a time, especially if it is a large animal. This includes waste disposal. If the animal requires other needs medically, I charge an extra 10$ per sitting per pet. If your pet needs bathed and/or brushed, I will charge 15$ per pet per bath if the items needed are supplied, such as a water source (like a tub, I will clean up afterwards), towel to dry off pet, soaps, brush, etc. Without supplies, I charge 25$ per pet bath, however I still need a water source. Litter Box cleaning during sit: 5$ Bird and Reptile Cage cleaning: 10$ Fish and Reptile Aquarium cleaning: 15$ Supplies must be provided! Thanks. The cost of any non house-hold pet needing a sitter is unique in each situation, and therefore I cannot give estimates off hand.
