Basically, I just love caring for people; it is in my DNA to care. I have never cared as much about objects as much as the people working with them. I have 2 years experience as a CNA and as an LVN nursing student. Then, 6 years teaching; 3 in special needs where I utilized my nursing knowledge and experience to help ease behavior problems. I grew up helping with everything; tutored my sisters, helped read to the blind, and eventually got my teaching certification. I have volunteered at nearly every church I have attended and simply love people & pets. I love to make environments healthier whether it be with personal relationships or actual physical health. As a kid I grew up taking care of horses by cleaning their stalls & was involved in riding lessons as well. We had everything from bunnies to hamsters to frogs; rottweilers, German Shepherds, toy dogs, cats, parrots, and shetland sheepdogs. I am most comfortable around animals and believe that training them is the best way to make sure their behaviors are healthy & well-maintained. People have told me I have a gift with this, and I choose to use it!
