My name is Hillary. I am VERY experienced with aquariums (over 15 years), both fresh and saltwater including reefs and specie only systems, reptiles, amphibians, mustelids, rodents, arachnids, birds, pigs, cats, dogs and more. I've attended seminars on subjects like poultry and fowl care to cat and dog nutrition and much in between. I'm also an aquaculture specialist. Ask for my resumé, references or pictures of my work with aquariums/paludariums via email. Rates vary depending on location, quantity and types of pets. If you need someone trustworthy, accountable and reliable to care for your furry or scaly babies while you're away who will treat them like family, I'm probably your best option. You can count on the fact that I'm taking your animals' potential (dis)stress over your absence into the highest regard and that I'll do everything I can to minimize that. Because of this, I generally request a meet-n-greet prior to your departure to ensure your pets take enough of a liking to me that my presence won't do more harm than good. Service Abilities: Dog walking, pet sitting, occasional/infrequent overnight care (I also have furry and scaly babies at home I can't neglect), feedings, aquarium testing and top offs. Forewarning, I may refuse service if: you require pet sitting for a large parrot such as a cockatoo or any larger bird species (these are one of few animals I'm not as gifted at reading their body language) or you need dog walking for a large breed pup who isn't leash trained ONLY because I'm a smaller person and therefore will likely not feel confident enough to provide walks for rambunctious good boys; however, I will still sit for any kind of pooch. These are just my limitations. I also request booking no less than 2 weeks in advance. Short notice jobs cannot not always be accomodated. I do have a drivers license and a full-time job. I also possess over a decade of paid work experience with animals. I do not do regular aquarium maintenance! Just sitting! I can refer someone if you need maintenance.
