Like a dog I am a very faithful and committed companion. I believe all pets deserve companionship, care, and love. I can provide all those things. In addition to walking your canine friend or friends, I will also make sure they are fed and have fresh water. If necessary I can administer medication, clean up after them and care for them should they be or fall ill. I've never had to give a dog a shot but have given insulin injections to a diabetic feline. I'm not at all fearful of dogs even if they are aggressive and take a defensive stance. I believe like humans dogs and cats have emotions and personalities and the circumstances, experiences and interactions they encounter play a role in forming how they respond, react and behave. One dog in particular comes to mind. His name is Quade and the first time I met him he nearly bit my face off. Turns out his owner committed and consequently he now lives with the owners girlfriend who works long hours everyday leaving him with her parents who have 3 dogs of their own. I should also mention he also lives with a female dog of the same breed but still a pup. I realized that he was just very untrusting because he had basically been abandoned by everyone he was close too. He was scared to be vulnerable for fear of getting hurt. I work with him almost daily for about 5 months gradually forming a bond. It took consistency and reassurance and lots of physical contact but now he is not only wonderful with me but more accepting of other people as well and I must say the most protective dog I've ever encountered. Im dependable and will treat your animals with the same love and care I would give my own. Hope you find me worthy and capable of this opportunity and thank you for taking the time to consider me.
