Pet Sitter in Edmond, Oklahoma

I have been caring for dogs my entire life. My mom is a career dog trainer (obedience, conformation, tracking, scentwork, agility, you name it) and we always had other people’s dogs in and out of our home for training and then, once we fell in love, we would board and babysit when their owners traveled. I learned all I know from her and the accompanying experience of volunteering at dog events since I was probably 8 years old (think figure-eight post :)). I’ve always had dogs in my family. I’m currently at my lowest count ever, one. We lost two dogs last year, an 11-year old basset and a 16-year old lab, so our mixed breed Dolly is lonely. She loves playing with other dogs and I’m hoping this move will help her make some friends until we get ready to add another dog permanently. My family consists of Dolly, two grown ups and our two children. To say that our 6-year old is good with dogs is a vast understatement—she will love your dog like her own. Our toddler is actually also excellent for his age and we promise not to let him pull your dog’s tail :). My husband and I are attorneys, we work slightly different schedules and are both flexible enough in our hours to make sure your dog gets attention and potty breaks throughout the day. Dog sitters make our life possible. We love to travel and there’s nothing more comforting than knowing your dog(s) are in a happy home getting couch time and lots of love. We would love to consider hosting or dropping in to care for your beloved pet.
