Pet Sitter in New Orleans, Louisiana

I'm Claire, and I'm a Tulane student and pet sitter in the Uptown area of New Orleans, LA! WHY ME?: 🐾 I can work with most dogs that are territorial, skittish, high-energy, or have separation anxiety. I also have experience caring for dogs that need regular medication. (Please note: if your dog has a particularly difficult temperament or medical condition, my rate may be higher.) 🐾 I’m not going to leave your dog alone in a crate all day. I take my dog with me wherever I can, from outdoor restaurants to the garden section at Lowe’s. If your dog is friendly, I would love to take them out for socialization and enrichment as well. 🐾 I know what it’s like to miss your dog while you’re away! I send regular updates with photos and videos so you know that your pet is happy and healthy. BOARDING: 🐾 During the week, I can be home with your dog with the exception of a few non-consecutive hours a day when I have class. I have no commitments on weekends, other than caring for your pup! Between me and my roommates, there is almost always someone in the house in case of emergency. 🐾 I have a backyard where your dog can roam around in addition to regular walks. 🐾 I have my own dog who lives with me. She gets along well with other non-aggressive dogs and is very good at matching other dogs’ energies. 🐾 I have a car and can drive your dog to and from your home. SITTING: 🐾 If you live more than 2 miles from the Tulane campus, I can pet sit full-time at your house on weekends. 🐾 If you live less than 2 miles from the Tulane campus, I can pet sit full-time at your house on both weekdays and weekends. I will be gone for a few hours each weekday for class. 🐾 I am open to discussing a reduced rate if I can bring my own dog with me when I stay at your house!
