I'll just ask to see how you give pills or any other kinds of meds so I can make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible with someone else giving them their medication. I can provide care and sitting for reptiles as well. I ran a reptile rescue for one year and successfully rehabed and rehomed 50 pets before the electric bills caught up to me. Those set ups are expensive but I learned a lot and can use all that information and experience to provide the best pet care possible for almost all your pets. Birds are the exception, can't help you with your birds unfortunately.
