Hi! I’m Maia, a pet sitter located in Monterey, CA who is invested in providing your canine and feline family members with the highest quality care and attention. (I also have ample experience with rodents and horses, and am happy to care for other creatures with instruction!) I am pleased to offer daily care and walking services, as well as overnight stays when life takes you away from home. A life-long animal lover and owner, I know how stressful it can be to make sure your pets get the right care when times get tough or you make travel plans. I am committed to maintaining your pet’s routine, meeting all their nutritional/medicinal/exercise needs, and giving them lots of love, of course! My goal is to reduce all stress and keep them happy, engaged, and active! I also have experience with medical needs such as administering flea and tick medication, pills, creams and ointments, and subcutaneous fluids. I have volunteered for multiple animal shelters and a veterinary clinic. I keep a watchful eye on all animals for any change in behavior, condition, or activity, and am meticulous about maintaining their health.
