I am offering dog walking services, pet sitting for any species, and potential overnight stays. Having owned a dog for thirteen years, and a rabbit for four years, I have a bit of a diversified portfolio that equips me to handle a typical cat, dog, or even an exotic pet like a rabbit, hamster, bird, or anything in between. I am extremely adaptable and accommodating for both the owner and pet, prioritizing their needs over my own personal opinions. Having retail experience for the past year, I am accustomed to conversing with new individuals and providing for their needs in a pragmatic, but considerate manner. Although I do not come with professional experience, I have cared for family member's and friend's animals to an extent. This includes taking them outside for activities like an enrichment game of fetch, or a leisurely walk through the neighborhood. Similarly, I have fulfilled pet's attention, health, and feeding necessities as well. I do have experience with insulin injections upon diabetic animals, as well as administering medication to animals, if needed. Coming from someone who absolutely adores animals, there is such a tenderness in my heart for these lovely creatures that expands with every step I take toward caring for another. I do not believe in partial completion of a job and I will not settle for simply throwing a food bowl in front of an animal and leaving it to fend for themselves. Instead, I take value in putting my heart and soul into thoroughly caring for animals, hence why I believe this opportunity to be one that I am particularly interested in. As of the month of August, I am available 4-6 days per week, at any time, as long as it does not interfere with my work schedule. I will also be available on weekends. I am still enrolled in school, which starts in early September, which does limit my daily hours in the coming few months. However, I will still be available several days per week after 2:30pm. I also am currently working a retail job, but my shifts are not strenuous and my schedule remains flexible around my workdays as well. In addition, prices can be negotiated if needed, I want to put every owner at ease with pricing and those parameters can be adjusted accordingly.
