14 Years Experience Caring For Dogs My name is Emily and I believe that a house is not a home without a couple of dogs. I've owned dogs since I was born and have recently expanded my home to include a cat, caged reptiles and a husband. I have experience with dogs ranging in size from teacup chihuahuas to Newfoundlands. I have also owned various large livestock, rodents/small mammals, birds and fish. My home is a single level ranch with spacious dog beds, comfy couches and lots of treats. We have a large, fenced-in backyard with plenty of water and shelter, in the event they get caught in the rain while making a potty trip. We also have access to a private lake, so retrievers and other water-loving dogs are welcome. We believe that toys are a necessity, so you will find rope toys, squeaky toys, stuffingless stuffed animals, Kongs, tennis balls and large bones available for play. I work from home so I can provide 24 hour supervision and lots of individual attention, love and cuddles, and all of the potty breaks needed. I fully understand how anxious some pet parents can be when leaving their fur-babies with someone new, so I am happy to provide Skype video calls and text messages as often as you would like to check-in with your pup. I also know that some dogs can have pretty severe separation anxiety. I offer lots of cuddles, kind words and am happy to administer provided medication, thunder shirts or any other trick that you might have to calm your dog. I am also happy to visit your pet at your home while you are away or at work. This opens me up to accepting cats, birds, rodents/small mammals, and various caged reptiles. If you have multiple animals types in your home and would like me to care for each of them individually, please message me for a customized quote. If you would like a bath, nail trim, other types of grooming, or trips to the dog park added onto your reservation either at my home or in yours, please message me and I will send you my discounted rates. I am happy to create bundles to minimize your costs. Once we finalize what you would like, I will create a custom quote for you, For people who need to board their animals for an extended period of 2 weeks or more, I am happy to board cats (provided they are up to date on all of their shots), small mammals and caged reptiles in my home. For any stays of 2 weeks or more, I am happy to provide you a discount to make your trip more friendly to your bank account. Because we do have a cat and dogs at home and a small child (who is very respectful toward his furry family members) I will be unable to to have dogs that show aggression towards people or other animals stay in my home.
