I am a high school senior and I have volunteered at a vet office for a year and have been dog watching my neighbors and friends dogs for two years. I have 2 dogs and have been around animals my entire life. I have experience with fish and hamsters as well, but little experience with cats. If your dogs enjoy swimming, I do have a pool and my Golden is in there all summer long. I would like to know what their favorite treats and toys are and if they like to be with other dogs or prefer to be on their own. I love all dog breeds. I have a Chihuahua and a Golden Retriever so I am used to small and big dogs. I will treat your pets like they are my own and insure that they are happy and healthy! (:

I have known Karis Witke since before she was in kindergarten, since that period of time, her love and care for animals has only continued to grow. I watched the care she took in raising her own pets (dogs, gold fish, hamsters, etc.) and every single one of them were treated as if they were a part of the family.
I would be the "fill-in" should Karis and her family go on vacation. I was always left a very strict and detailed set of directions by her to follow until her return. As early as age 10, I would receive calls from her while she was vacationing requesting updates, photographs and of course specific instructions to give them her love.
My point being, I would trust Karis with my pets, I would trust Karis with my children! Her sensitivity, concern and kindness to animals has given her a niche in life and she is a blessing to all animals she comes in contact with.
