I'll make this big decision as easy as possible for you. We can meet on Skype or by phone and talk over all your concerns. I have guidelines and checklists to help you prepare for a sitter to take over responsibility for your home and pets. 4. You'll come home to find everything just as you left it, for I will gladly live “on top of” or “around” your stuff—won’t rearrange or reorganize. Healthy plants and fresh bed linens will greet you.  5. I take commitments *very* seriously; if there were any doubt about my ability to care for your home/pets or about my availability for the entire period of time, I would not accept the assignment. 6. EXPERIENCE: I'm now in my 3RD YEAR as a FULL-TIME pet sitter—currently active only in Atlanta area. In addition to boarding short or long term , daily dog walks, feeding, brushing, bathing,basic commands, and playtime, I’ve had responsibility for puppy training, pet medications and insulin shots, gardening and yard work (mowing, watering, weeding). 7. I have nearly life-long PET EXPERIENCE: dog obedience training; treating heart worms, infections, wounds, and injuries. I was employed as Atlanta dog walker and happily “owned” by three parrots for five years. 8. I also have 7years of LIVE-IN EXPERIENCE—that is, sharing and/or caring for other people’s space—as a house/pet sitter, nanny, member of a cooperative, Airbnb guest, and live-in renter (*not* the same as a roommate). 9.
