Who I Am: Hi there, my name is Nikki. I'm interviewing for a pet service provider position in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I hope to apply my abilities as a pet service provider. My availability is quite flexible. Description of Skills: I enjoy all animals and I have experience with animal feeding, exercise, cleaning, and training. I have worked with rabbits, horses, chickens, cats, and fish, but my main specialties are birds and dogs. I LOVE birds! have 17 years of personal experience with my own pet bird (a lovely female cockatiel). I understand bird behaviour and I am knowledgeable about their care needs. I have even done bird training and have successfully taught my cockatiel several tricks! I have 10 years of experience with my own dogs, but I also have experience beyond this with friends' dogs. I love to research and learn and do everything hands on, so I taught myself how to train my dogs, groom them (including nail cutting and teeth brushing), and gained knowledge in basic body language and behaviour.
