Pet Sitter in Montreal, Quebec

Hello! I'm offering my services as a pet sitter for any small mammals, birds, invertebrates or fish. I have a fair amount of experience with all of them, either through having them as pets or taking care of them for friends and relatives. I'm also constantly doing research on various species since animals are one of my greatest passions; I strive to know everything there is to know about proper pet care! Here are some examples of the species I'm caring for right now or have cared for in the past : Birds: I volunteer at the SPCA's Annexe to take care of all kinds of parrots and canaries/finches, I've had budgies for most of my life, and I currently have a dove. Small mammals: I've taken care of guinea pigs, rats and (very briefly) rabbits, and am seriously considering getting rats of my own in the near future as I really love them. Fish: I've had guppies and a few other small fish in the past. I am keenly aware of the importance of having a big enough tank with the right temperature, of feeding appropriate food without letting it accumulate, etc. Invertebrates: I've kept hermit crabs, millipedes and woodlice in the past, and I currently have several snails and a beetle. I live in eastern Montreal (near the Joliette station), but I'm willing to travel a fair bit if necessary. My schedule is also pretty flexible. Prices will be based on the amount of animals and complexity of care, and discussed with you to ensure that you find them reasonable.
