I have volunteered at several animal shelters since the age of 15 years old, and grew up with a Labrador from age 5 to 17. Through those years, I have learned to provide many kinds of care for dogs. Additionally, I have watched the cats and dogs of both neighbors and friends, supplying both basic care as well as companionship while owners were away for various reasons. My sister recently adopted a puppy, and I cared for him during her work week for about 8 hours a day, five days a week in the beginning of her ownership until she was able to find other solutions. I would love to take my love of animals and share it with your unique pet. I know that pets are indeed true family and would treat them as such, caring for them not as just an animal but as a child.
