Pet Sitter Job in Kingston, New York

Looking for :Single unattached person,who has the freedom to petsit and do overnights for Cats and Dogs in my house. Someone with extensive experience with animals, feeding, scooping litter, cleaning up. I hope you are having a good day. My pets are so adorable! I am looking for pet care in Kingston only in my home as I do not want to board them. I would need you to be very reliable and stay overnight in my house, and take my dog every 4 hours during the day, and be there at least to get her out the next morning. I have cats too. I will pay you a set amount for the job,rather than an hourly wage. If you come to my home, you will get a set amount for your time that we both agree on. I would ask that you feed them at the same time daily, only once per day and that you clean up the bowls, and pet mess. I would want you to have their food area cleaned first. Scoop litter, scoop dog mess, and clean floor with swifter and counters with bleach and washrag. Pick up bowls only once, wash and stack them, and provide fresh water 3 times per day. Keeping their environment clean is a matter of great importance. I have a very good set up which make this easy for you. I would pay you cash and pay you the minute I get home. If I leave for more than a day, I will leave you with cash for emergencies, and ask you keep receipts.I have a budget for my pets care. I have a lovely, safe home with a driveway for your car. It is on a cul de sac. My house is very clean and easy to manage with my pets. I have a big backyard for my dog and she has her own room, which is a quick clean up for her. My cats are also an easy clean up. Now, for the rules, ...... Positively, , no smoking or drinking. I would prefer a single person,with no children. I do not want to be called home from a trip, because of an outside emergency. I need someone trustworthy, communicative, clean and reliable. No fire, cigarettes, pot smoking or candles should be used in my home. You can come and go, but must keep in mind my dog needs to go out every four or five hours. No walking the dog.... She is an old dog and walks around the fenced in yard at her leisure. You will have fresh sheets on the bed, bath towels, soap, shampoo and toothbrush, toothpaste for your stay here and a full fridge of your snacks and non alcoholic drinks to eat. The pet supplies will be fully stocked too. I have a large screen TV and radio for music. Please realize my pets are my family members, and I want them safe,for my peace of mind.
