Pet Sitter in Loveland, Colorado

Hi there! I have lived my life loving animals since I was a child raised on a hog farm in Ault, CO. My mom said when she'd call for me to come back to the house, here I'd come followed by ducks, chickens, goats, my pig, and of course my dogs and cats. Aside from being raised on a farm and having a variety of species of pets, I have over a year experience as a veterinary technician. I'm able to administer medications, including by syringe and can preform blood glucose checks, I know what to look for to determine a sickness in an animal and how to properly care for injured and ill pets. I also have over 4 years of volunteer experience, caring for exotic animals at El Paso Zoo, before moving back to Colorado this March. As for a career as a tech, I found it to be a little too traumatic for a daily experience of loving on animals. I want to provide trusting, loving experiences while caring with animals which is why I'd like to be a caretaker in this capacity.
