I’m a friendly, dependable person that knows the importance of trusting your home and beloved pet to someone that would love and care for them as much as you do. Up until 6 months ago, I had a 3 pound elderly chihuahua that I owned for 18 years. He was very much a part of my family. Even though he was the most devoted friend anyone could ever ask for, I have to say... health-wise, my baby boy was a "lemon". He had neurological problems, stress-induced seizures, and separation anxiety. You can imagine how worried I was about leaving him in someone else's care when I had to go out of town for my dad's funeral. Thankfully, I found a wonderful house sitter that took great care of my “Buddy” and my house. I can’t tell you how much of difference it made for me to know everything was being well cared for during my absence. I truely know the value of a reliable house/pet sitter. I have 20 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages. I know what to do in first aid/labor/emergency situations and I have reliable transportation. I also have a flexible schedule, in case you need to change your schedule last minute. I work from home on my laptop, requiring a ‘reasonable’ internet connection, but this means that I am home most of the time, and able and happy to care for your home, your pets, and even some standard ground maintenance, such as watering and mowing lawns.
