Dana Serna looked after our four dogs for many years until we moved recently. She is a kind, gentle and loving caretaker of all animals. We trusted her implicitly and would not have left our animals with anyone else. She is extremely knowledgeable about medical issues which is very reassuring if your dog is elderly or unwell. I enthusiastically recommend her.

Dana is wonderful!The first person I interviewed to be my pet sitter made me very anxious and seemed very awkward with my pets and not skilled at keeping them calm....a poor fit. Then I met Dana. All my fears went away. She loves animals, is clean, and very reliable. She helped me out of a rough spot once when I couldn't get back on time. You will love her!

Dana was the first and only professional sitter that I have ever trusted with my 3 cats. Two of them are diabetic, and one is a very finicky eater. Between twice daily insulin shots, pills and a lot of coaxing, my boys require a lot of actual care in order to stay healthy and happy. Dana goes above and beyond to ensure that my cats are just as loved and taken care of when I am away, as when I am home. Thanks to her I can actually have vacations with peace of mind knowing that my boys are in the best possible hands. Her knowledge and skill as a vet tech make her an incredible pet handler; and her care, attention to detail, and genuine love for her job makes her the perfect sitter. She’s the absolute best. Dana has exceeded my expectations and is the only person I trust taking care of my cats while we are away. I used to get nervous anytime we went out of town but now I can actually enjoy our trips knowing that our cats are being cared for. Recently, we were on vacation in FL when Hurricane Irma hit us. Dana reached out to us several days before impact and told us not to worry as she will continue to care for our cats until we got back home and she heard from us. Another time, we got hit with 3+ feet of snow and Dana still managed to take care of our cats. She is professional and always accommodates every request we have made. Have never had any issue and would recommend her to anyone seeking a reliable pet sitter.

Our animals love her and when we come home after Dana has visited, our animals have not even missed us. When we are away on vacation she sends us daily updates.
