Pet Sitter Job in Daly City, California

I have a really loving cat with a strong personality and an even stronger attachment to me, and I'm going to be going out of town for two and a half weeks. She get's confused when I leave town for more than a couple days, and because my roommates stay hidden in their rooms she essentially has nobody there to care for her. They told me that the last time I left she was meowing at their door because she was lonely, but they didn't let her in. She's a really special cat, in that she has really novel behaviors like going on really long, unleashed walks with me through the neighborhood or through parks. When she was 3 months old I let her find her own way home from two blocks away, and her spatial awareness developed really profoundly. Nowadays she spends most of the day on my belly on the couch while I work on my computer. I would imagine that there are two scenarios where someone would be involved, one where they would come and give her attention and feed her in my home, and another where she would stay with them. The latter sounds more appealing to me because she's never had the chance to learn that other cats and dogs can be friendly, so an immersion experience with other animals under the care of someone with a keen insight could be good for her development. At a minimum, it would be great to find someone who could come by and play with her a little each day so she doesn't get so upset that I'm gone. I hope to hear from some of you!
