A little bit about myself... I am a 19 year old male undergraduate student planning to major in Business Management. I am extremely responsible, organized, and diligent. I have been a dog owner myself for over 5 years and let me just say that being around dogs brings me great joy. I volunteered at the Hawaiian Humane Society last year but had to stop because I needed to focus more on school. Aside from the joy that I have being with dogs, the other main reason why I am offering this service is because I am in need of some cash so that I can buy my first car but don't want to apply for a part-time job. If you think that I am qualified to watch over your pet(s) and are in need of a dog-sitter, please continue reading. SOME POLICIES TO ENSURE OWNER, PET, AND PET-SITTER SATISFACTION: • I will be watching over your dog(s) at my house since I don't have my own transportation. My house is located near Tripler Hospital. • This service is for dog-sitting only, so that means no cats or other pets. Dogs only :) • I prefer to watch over smaller dogs, but I will consider watching medium-sized dogs as well. The photos above show dog sizes that are ideal. Nothing heavier than 30 pounds though. • Your dog(s) must be free of fleas & ticks and must be generally clean at time of arrival. Upon request, I can give your dog(s) a shower for an additional charge. • House-trained dogs are a plus, but I will also watch dogs that aren't house-trained. I will simply need to take them out to walk more often, but will not charge extra for that. • I will not take in dogs that bite, show aggression, or behave wildly. Also, no dogs that bark excessively as the neighbors will complain. • You must provide everything that your dog(s) need for as long as you need me to watch over them. For example, if you are going on a two week vacation, you must provide enough food, medication, and other supplies (like pee pads) for each dog to last for two weeks. I will only provide water and attention :) • Finally, you must pick up your dog(s) when I am done watching them. It may sound silly, but I have heard of cases where people forgot about their pets and left them at a pet-sitter's house. I will try my best to take care of your dog(s) as if they were my own, but you must take them home afterwards!! FLAT CHARGE RATES: • Dogs under 15 lbs - $10/HALF HR per dog or $15/HR per dog or $40/DAY per dog • Dogs 15-30 lbs - $15/HALF HR or $25/HR per dog or $50/DAY per dog • If going on a vacation for over a week long, I will offer some kind of discount so that it will be more affordable for you. ** If your dog(s) requires special attention or takes non-oral medication, I will charge an additional fee depending on the circumstance. I ACCEPT CASH ONLY. Payment is due when you pick up your pet(s). If you or someone you know is interested in this service, please text or email me to schedule an appointment. I usually have a lot of free time when I am not in school, so my schedule should be pretty flexible. Also, please provide at least one full-body photo of each dog that you want me to dog-sit so I can verify the size.
