My name is Michael, and I'd love to host your pets the next time you go out of town. I'm an American from Nouvelle Orléans very actively seeking pet/house sitting assignments in Montreal for 2019! Available 22 May - 2 September, and 1 October until the end of time. :-) I love, love, LOVE Montreal so much. I love Québécois culture. It's so fantastique. On top of that, I recently confirmed direct familial ancestry from Quebec. Très exciting! My website has a calendar showing my assignment availability. I'm a roving pet, home, plant caretaker, ESL teacher, genealogist-in-training, and full time University student. I am available for any length of time, though longer assignments are preferable. Not picky. I have a long history of caring for a wide variety of animals, including my own, as well as those entrusted to me by friends and family. I actually do this full time, professionally. When I lost my two pugs it wrecked me, emotionally, but it also gave me the time to think about what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. I have found that caring for and loving animals is possibly the best self-healing that we as humans can experience. It's fun, it's rewarding, and it's the best therapy anyone could have. Animals are genuinely amazing creatures. I adore them. In addition to changing my professional direction, I've also been lucky enough to go back to my university studies full-time. The program I'm in allows me to study from any location, so all I really require is the Internet. I also tutor Chinese students every day as well.
