Pet Sitter Job in Whitewater, Wisconsin

In early 2018, I will be leaving the United States for an extended amount of time. During my absence, I am looking for someone to provide a foster home for my cat. Ponyo is a 5 year old neutered male (not declawed). He is well behaved, but attention seeking. He plays rough and has little exposure to children. He has always been an only pet and has NOT spent any time around other cats. Because of a contagious (only to other cats) viral respiratory disease, he should not be around other cats that are not already infected. His condition is well controlled by a daily supplement that is added to his food and easy to administer. He has spent limited time around dogs and seemed to accept them after some time. Ponyo is an inside-only cat that enjoys occasional, supervised and leashed visits outdoors. The ideal candidate is a couple or single adult with no children and no other pets. I am willing to pay for Ponyo's food, supplies, veterinary care, as well as a monthly compensation for his caretakers. There is plenty of time to figure out the details, but I'd like to secure a spot for him sooner than later. If you think you may be interested, I'd like to hear from you!
