I met Bianca when she watched my dogs the first time last year. Bianca was wonderful. Professional, polite and personable. My dogs love her; they were happy dogs when I came home. I've had her back once and will ask her to watch Blue and Samantha in the future.
She showed up on time every time(even though an exact time isn't important to me.) She sent me pics and asked about anything that she wasn't sure about. She asked all the questions about how I wanted my dogs 'handled' and did all that!
