My love of animals began as a small child more than 50 years ago, under the guidance and wisdom of my grandmother. Over the years I had all sorts of pets; dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rodents and fish, but I also had the rare and unique opportunity to care for orphaned or injured wild animals. There were baby skunks and raccoons, a fox kit, an owl, woodchucks, a bat, squirrels, just to name a few. I loved them all. Animals are my passion. Pets are family.
