Do you worry about your furbabies when you go on vacation? I have a solution for you. Let me watch your babies for you while you're away. Currently, I have three dogs and seven cats, ages 5 months to 16 years old. I would like to offer you peace of mind when you go on vacation. I am a married mother of two children and three step-children. I am recently retired at 46 years old and have spent my entire life with pets. I have been a volunteer at the Humane Society in Stockton and as an adoption coordinator for a German Shepherd rescue organization. I have rescued many feral kittens and rehomed them. I have bottlefed neonatal kittens, one of whom is my youngest cat. I have experience with administering medication to cats and dogs. I will take care of almost any type of pet, including mice, rats, hamsters, rabbits, cats, dogs, and chickens. I have no experience with reptiles. Petsitting in my home would be considered, depending upon the type of pet and the disposition of that pet towards my own. Proof of current vaccines would be required. This would also require a visit by you and your pet to my home in Ripon for introductions prior to your departure for vacation. (All of my dogs are dog- and cat-friendly.) Just let me know what your needs are, and we can work together to come up with a mutual plan for keeping your babies healthy and happy while you are away. My rates are $20 a day for one visit per day, or $35 a day for two visits per day. My visit will include feeding, watering, cleaning litter boxes, scooping poo outside, cleaning cages, playing/walking, and cuddle time.
