Taylor is extremely thorough. She sits down and meets with you and your pet prior to any service and explains everything you need to know and asks you everything she needs to know about you animal! I was impressed when she even asked about allergies too! She tracks all walks with an app and sends a report in full detail of everything you need to know about their interaction!
