Pet Sitter in Tampa, Florida

Hey there! I hope you are having an awesome day!! My name is Brittany Dykes and I'm currently looking for pet sitting work opportunities in the Tampa Bay area. (I'm based around Temple Terrace currently) I loooove spending time with pets of all kinds, but most people I know would say I'm the cat girl, From the first cat I've ever rescued I fell in love with them and their mysterious nature. I have two cats living with me here in Florida, and two more at my families home in Texas (born and raised there!) and three dogs (2 of which are elderly, I have a Jack Russell who is going to be 17! I've had her since she was a baby and we are best friends!) I have always had pets or been around pets growing up so I have about 19 years and counting of experience taking care of pets. I love animals of all kinds, but I am the most familiar with cats and dogs, and my specialty is with skittish animals who need extra love. (but please, no overly aggressive large dogs!) Description of Skills: I have experience with maintaining physical and emotional pet health, grooming, facilitating exercise, cleaning litter boxes, administering medication, diet and feeding routines, proper pet handling including walking and training and how to pick them up if your pet is comfortable with that of course. I have a drivers license and I'm willing to come to you as you need me, so long as you aren't tooo far, but I am always willing to work something out, so please just let me know~! I really enjoy working with animals and I feel that I understand them very well. It really seems like they are telling me with their expressions exactly what they want and need from me, even new friends that I haven't known for very long, but every animal I meet becomes my friend, it's just too hard not to connect with them. I have an energy that tells the animals it is safe to trust me and they relax in my presence, like I'm one of them.. I'm very sensitive to the moods of animals too. I love cuddling, or just hanging out and playing with them, whatever their style is, I'm very flexible and can easily adapt to your pets personality and your needs as an owner.
