Pet Sitter in Ormond Beach, Florida

I am a lover of all God's creatures. I heard a distressed bird crying in a tree near my home last night and tonight. Both times I went out to see if I could see anything. I'm thinking it was hurt/pinned down during the hurricane and needed help. My heart ached for that little sweetheart. There was no help coming for it and it was distressing. I mainly sit cats and dogs, loving both equally. ALL animals can feel I love them and respond immediately to me. I once walked into a jewelry store that had a guard dog that approached all customers. This one walked right up to me and sniffed my hand. Owner could not believe it. I say these things because my heart is with the animals and I know they can sense that. I catch lizards caught inside sheds/homes and bring them back outdoors. I do the same for wasps caught in my Florida room. I am at one with them and do not anything breathing. . I had two dogs, sshh, don't tell them they are dogs, one a border collie and the other a maltese. Loved both to death. Never left them overnight alone in all their 15 years. Did not want them to stress if they didn't see me. When I sit with the animals, I spend a lot of time rubbing bellies and just generally paying a lot of attention to them. They all like to sleep on the bed with me and follow me around everywhere. I am very careful with them and take my job seriously. I cautiously go in and out the door to prevent escaping. People tell me they are amazed at the capacity of love I have for animals. So, I do indeed enjoy sitting with them. My two darlings have since gone to doggie heaven and I try to live on by giving my heart full of love to any animal that needs me. So if you need a pet sitter, you could go wherever you need to without a worry in this world and know that your pet is in good loving hands until your return. Gloria Lindahl
