Most of all, your pet needs to be comfortable with seeing the same face at EVERY visit. ALOT of Pet Sitting companies have numerous staff. These companies often times, will schedule different staff visiting the same pet throughout the day . That is CONFUSING for the animal. I do this on my own. I like that one on one time with the pet especially if you are out of town for several days even weeks. Your pet gets to know ME! It's more personal. For me it is a lifestyle. For larger staffed companies it is a JOB.
