Shepherd and Grey - daycare and guesthouse — Archived

My name is John H. Im a lifelong animal lover and longtime pet caregiver, with experience handling dogs of all breeds and sizes, cats, fish, and even birds. I have less history with lizards, llamas, and lions, but if you need help with any of these, Im sure I can handle it. (Except for maybe the lion.) I live with a German shepherd mix named Murphy, a lutino cockatiel called Victor, an African grey parrot who answers (loudly) to Byron, and three neon tetra fish who suffer the injustice of going through life unnamed. While I certainly appreciate an easygoing pup, I specialize in handling those with behavioral and developmental issues. I believe that brisk exercise is key to a physically and psychologically healthy dog. As a member of organizations like Liberty Humane Society and the ASPCA, I have over the years been lucky to foster and help rehabilitate animals of various ages, tendencies, and temperaments. I treat every client's pet like he or she is part of my own family.
