Pet Sitter in Bend, Oregon

Hello! I am a caring and energetic caregiver who has a lifetime experience of caring for pets. Included in my current pet family is a middle aged cat and elderly dwarf rabbit. I grew up with large dogs (labs), cats, hamsters, gerbils, guiena pigs, and rabbits. I have watched all types of dogs, cats and smaller house animals for friends and family. I babysat for a family for several years that had several cats that I cared for. Skills include: feeding, waste removal, oral medication, exercise/walking/play time. I am completing my Masters degree at Harvard in Cambridge. I have worked full time as a dining room manager in the restaurant industry but am taking some time off to focus on the final stages of my thesis. I want to take this time to explore other avenues of work to see what provides some fulfillment. I have worked with animals throughout my life, with my first "job" being a volunteer at the humane society, taking care of cats and dogs. I would like to spend more time making connections with families, and their pets, that need assistance in animal sitting/walking/care. I am punctual, detailed-oriented and a hard worker. Being a pet owner myself, I understand the importance of a safe and happy environment for your pet while your away. I am trustworthy and will come into your home with the upmost respect for your house and the animal's personal surroundings. I will provide endless love and attention for your animal. I am incredibly flexible with hours and available on short notice. Although I live in the South Shore, I have transportation and am willing to travel.
