Hello!My name is Richard Rogala I am a 26 year old male from Burbank California looking to offer a dog walking service, 7 days a week, at a time that works for you! I am an IT guy by trade, however I have always had a devotion towards nature and various creatures. I have much experience handling and caring for animals, I have raised dogs, cats, birds, snakes, lizards, spiders all as pets through out my life. I can provide references of other dog owners that I am currently servicing within the LA area as well. - Recently I had to give away my animals that I have raised over time since I moved from New York to California. Unfortunately, my new apartment here does not allow animals, so I cannot keep any of my own. Thus my desire and love for animals has led me to create a dog walking business here in LA. I truly love being outside and playing with dogs- because of this, I feel that compensation for this should be left to the discretion of the owner. So I will ask that you give me what you think is fair considering I am driving from Burbank and looking to service the Hollywood, North Hollywood, Central LA, Long Beach, Northridge, and Burbank areas of LA. - Yes you heard correct! I am willing to care for your dog once or twice a week for a price that caters to you! cant beat that! As long as my expenses are covered, you'll find that I am very agreeable when it comes to compensation. I would be willing to service areas outside of what I have previously mentioned, but just remember what I said regarding compensation as well- gas, parking and time isn't just going to be free. - I would love to meet with you and your dog to develop a schedule and work something out. I would like to avoid some mid-day times since it will be getting quite hot here in LA as summer approaches, the heat may be too much some breeds. If the weather provides and its cooler out, we can possibly do those times. Keep in mind, I will come prepared- I will be bringing water to cool down your dog in this desert heat we get (and doggie treats if allowed!), I can also perhaps bring a leash and harness if one is not provided, but i will need to know the size and weight of your dog first. I would also need to discuss their diet, behavior, medical issues and any other special needs for your beloved canine. I will require to observe the body language of the dog throughout the interview in order to gauge their behavior and posture. I have a strong sense of dominance within me that allows me to deal with hostile dogs. Im not the dog whisperer, however i know how to handle these beautiful animals.
