Rockvale CO. - We need assistance caring for our flock of 8 chickens and 2 ducks while we visit family. We need coverage Monday July 20th to Friday July 24th. This would involve coming in the mornings between 9 and 10 am, opening the doors so the birds can be outside in the runs, providing fresh water both inside and outside, and feeding as needed. A check of the run, coop and flock , just a visual look to verify there are no issues, is also needed. We have raised our birds from 5 days old and love them to death, we are looking for someone who loves animals as much as we do, and will be reliable to care for them. It is vitally important to have someone that can commit to being here every morning, perhaps even an afternoon check in would be possible, if the birds are not let out of the coop with fresh water in the morning they can perish in the heat.
