Hello! My name is Jay, I'm a professional house sitter with references looking for an opportunity for a 2-6 month stay. I have house/pet sat for a busy executives in the past and they would be more than willing to have a conversation about my services. I'm a 36 yr old SWM, I am in tech sales with a company in Lindon, we will be moving to Thanksgiving Point in September. You are welcome to verify my employment, rental history and any other professional references you may require.. I would maintain your yard each week by mowing and trimming your lawn, keeping weeds down and ensure it was being watered properly. I'm am fairly handy and can make most minor repairs, paint and keep things tidy and clean. I would vacuum the main areas weekly, remove garbage, and rake leaves if I was there into the fall. As far as pets I have had 2 of my own for over ten years, dogs are my favorites! If I was caring for your dog I would walk him daily, water, feed and play A LOT. I've cared for many breeds, and am comfortable giving medication, taking to the vet, and even know some simple doggy first aid. My commitment to all of my clients is to care for your home and your pets like you would. Not seeking monetary compensation, My next availability is September 15th, my deadline is September 30th.
