As every pet owner can relate, leaving our furry loved ones for vacations or weekend getaways can be stressful. Diana looked after our two cats, Misha and Joey, with so much love and attention that we could relax while away from them. It was apparent they loved Diana and when we arrived home we were greeted happily at the door. We received daily texts with updates and some great photos. Diana is also a really good photographer and most of our framed photos were taken by her. Diana also kept our house tidy, picked up our mail and watered our patio and inside plants. Joey required overnight care when she developed congestive heart failure several years ago and had to take medications twice a day. Diana has a wonderful personality and is very kind and caring. Although my husband and I missed Joey and Misha terribly we never worried about them under her care. Unfortunately Joey and Misha are no longer with us but we enjoyed their loving company for 18 wonderful years. We are planning to adopt two new kittens requiring a home over the next several weeks and will be calling on Diana to take care of our new arrivals during our next trip. As an owner of a dog with a severe separation anxiety, I was initially apprehensive about getting a pet sitter. A friend referred me to Diana and assured me that she has dealt with many different animals with these conditions. After our first pet sitting experience we came home to our 2 happy dogs. Our dog with the the separation anxiety did quite well; he did have some accidents, but you would never know because Ms. Ortega took care of everything. She offered many useful pieces of advice and things that we could do to ease our dogs' anxiety. Our next pet sitting experience went wonderfully. The tips that Ms. Ortega recommended helped tremendously, and we have been extremely satisfied with her services. Ms. Diana also offers many other services as well. She will pick up mail, water plants, even administer medications if needed. She truly cares about all animals and wants to make them feel as comfortable as possible while the owner is away. Diana is dependable, compassionate, professional, and efficient. My husband and I give her our fullest recommendation.

Diana helped me with my little Schnauzer "Tina". Diana was great at her job, she took good care of her, kept perfect timing for feeding, excercising, and of course cleaning. She did all this with sincere love and passion for animals. Diana would take care of Tina 2 or three times a week and full time whenever I was on vacation. I would highly recommend her to a similar position.
