Pet Sitter Job in Fairbanks, Alaska

I have a kennel of 18 sled dogs, two house dogs, and two house cats. I'm looking for someone to house/pet sit periodically when I go out of town, usually just for a long weekend (though days of the week vary due to my schedule.) The morning chores take about half an hour and the evening chores closer to an hour and include handling raw meat and giving pills to a few dogs with medical conditions. Most of the huskies are happy and friendly dogs, but I do have a few shy ones as well. My house dog is also food aggressive, though quite sweet in all other respects, so I am definitely looking for someone comfortable dealing with a wide range of dog personalities. I'd prefer someone willing to stay at my house, which is a dry cabin about 20 miles from town near Ester. I do have internet, but I'll warn you, it's super slow! I'd love to find someone that I can develop a relationship with so that I can feel comfortable leaving my kids to travel more often. It would be great to have a reliable pet sitter that my dogs can get used to and bond with and who will get to know the dogs individually so that they can tell when someone isn't feeling well or needs some extra kisses or needs to go to the vet, etc. I'm willing to negotiate pay for the right person.
