During high school, I logged over 100 volunteer hours at my local animal welfare society, where I also became dog and cat CPR and first aid certified, which I've since renewed. I worked as a kennel technician in Ormond Beach for about 2 years and am now a full-time student. I was raised on a small family farm in Maine where I learned to handle chickens, cows, pigs, dogs, cats, and horses.
