Hello, Thank you for taking the time to view my page! I'll start out by telling you a little bit about myself and my interest in pet care: My name is Maya Painter, and I'm in my second year at Bellingham Technical College. As of right now, my plan is to study Business and/or Computer Science. Some of my hobbies include exercising, cooking and basically anything outdoorsy! I want to explore caring for a variety of pets for the purpose of making [both you and] your pet and I happy! When I say the both of us because I have had a natural-born passion for animals since as long as I remember! Taking care of, and meeting new animals gives me an unspoken feeling of fulfillment, simply because making something/somebody other than me happy, makes me happy! My experience includes currently owning a 94lb German Shepherd, two lionhead bunnies, three cats and a bearded dragon. I have a daily routine in caring for all of them -- all of them are fed at the same time everyday, the bunnies are groomed every night, their cage is spot-cleaned every other day and my dog is groomed once a week (I brush off excess fur and brush her teeth). I've watched friends and family's pets while they were away on vacation on many different occasions, which often included; walking their dogs twice a day, feeding their cats/dogs once a day and changing the kitty litter whenever needed. If you need help with anything paws, claws, wings or other things, just let me know as soon as you can -- before your summer vacay or a weekend getaway!
