Hi there! my name is Maria and I am a recent graduate of UNC-Greensboro.
I am currently employed at the SPCA of the Triad in Greensboro, NC. There, I take care of 50 dogs and cats everyday. This care includes walking, feeding, cleaning, administering medications, and showering the animals with lots and lots of attention and love!
I grew up out in the country with my family. Over the years we had and still have several dogs, cats, ducks, rabbits, and fish.
I also worked at a pet/nature store in Burlington, NC in the Small Animals Dept. There, I performed daily care, feeding, and bathing of various reptiles, birds, rodents, small mammals, and fish.
In addition, I completed an Animal Care course in high school and received certification.
