Semi retired, Responsible, Mature House/Pet sitter now booking for summer. Some dates are filling up, time to book is now! I am a former caregiver and now house/pet sitter so my house/pet sitting references are few, but I have excellent personal references. I am hoping to add your name to my (what I hope to be is a) long list of happy clients. Feel secure while you are away. Travel with the peace of mind knowing that your home and pets are secure, well fed and treated with the same loving care that you would provide. My service includes mail and newspaper pickup, trash removal, watering and feeding indoor plants as well as rotating lighting in order to make it look like someone is there, giving the added security of knowing there is activity in the home. I am available in the Northern Sacramento area as well as Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Placerville, Roseville, Lincoln, Grass Valley, Nevada City and Granite Bay areas. My House sitting rates are 3 night minimum @ $50 per night. 4 or more nights $45 per night. Longer term, (2 weeks or more) are negotiable. Pets are 15 dollars extra per day, or two for 20.00. I am a dog and cat lover and will give your pets one on one loving care. I can give them medications and feed them according to your wishes. I can play with them, if that is your custom, and walk them daily. Dog park visits are 10 dollars per visit per dog (2dog limit) within five miles of home and a recent history of visiting that park in particular. Before scheduling I like to meet with my clients, in the home, and discuss the home as well as provide the client with a checklist so there is no mix up with schedules and medications as well as important numbers and procedures in the home.
