Hi! I'm Alexandra, my husband and I are huge animal lovers, we are musicians & work from home in a sunny house with a huge back yard in beautiful Silverlake! We live with our "son," an 8 year old rescue pug named Ziggy who loves long walks and other dogs! We can't wait to meet your dog!! We take the most care to provide the ultimate experience for your beloved pets. Come book your pet for a wonderful vacation with us! WHAT WE OFFER: We know how hard it is to leave your fur babies behind so each stay with us includes lots of exercise, love and activities so they'll come home nice and relaxed! -At least two daily 30 minute walks -Around the clock access for potty breaks in our spacious back yard -Stays longer than 3 days include a 1.5 hour hike through the Elysian Park walking trail! -A text update with photos every day to let you know how your pet is enjoying their stay! -Our husband and I watch your dog/s together as a team, so they get double the attention, and if one has to leave, the other can stay with the dogs. We won't leave your dog alone for longer than 1-2 hours at most! -Filtered water & all natural, organic treats! -We limit the amount of dogs we take care of, so that they get all of our attention- the most we will take on is two maximum! OUR LOCATION: We are located right across the street from the beautiful Silverlake reservoir walking path and a 15 minute walk to the Silverlake dog park. We're also a quick 5 minute drive to the Wildflower Hiking trail in nearby Elysian Park! OUR HOME: Our home: We have a large home with a full, grassy back yard for sunbathing and indoor/outdoor access for any time potty breaks, and a huge box of toys to keep your pup busy! We do not section off the dogs with gates while they are in the home, we let them wander around, nap, sunbathe and play as they wish. We treat each guest dog as our own. (Spoiled!) Our home is also filled with many irreplaceable antiques, art and musical instruments, so for this reason, unfortunately we can not accept pups with any kind of destructive behaviors when left unattended, or we recommend they are crate trained before arrival.
