If your like me and you love your animals, I get that I still miss my dogs, I would do a good job cause I know what its like to worry, and if your on vacation you want to relax. I do get why you would want a mature and trustworthy person.
I lived in the country for 15 years and I had two dogs and a third was a rescue but I ended up keeping so that made 3. I have rescued many dogs and cats except for the one dog that I ended up keeping, I have returned lost animals and found homes for cats, that people often (I hate to say it) drop off in the country.
