I have always had pets in my house growing up. Took them for walks regular grooming appointments. I owned my own dog that I got from the SPCA but I didn't end up being able to keep her (not from being an irresponsible pet owner, but something in my life came up and I had to give her away), and right now I have Callie, she's my 2 year old tortoise shell kitty.
