Hi there! My name is Heather Duguid, I'm 18 years old and a total animal lover, my animals are my babies! I've owned animals my entire life and worked in two different pet stores. Over these four years of working at Petvalu and Petland, I have picked up so many things about all different kinds of animals! I've taken a variety of different courses and passed all of them with flying colours. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! I've worked in a petstore since I was 14 years old. Within these four years of experience I've taken seminars on different species (small animal, cat, dog, reptile), I've also volunteered at the local Humane Society. I've owned cats, dogs, fish, snakes, bunnies, and birds.
