Harbor City Kennels is a boarding and daycare facility for dogs and cats located in Duluth, MN. We are a family owned and operated business specializing in pet boarding since 1987. Unlike most boarding kennels, our guests are able to exercise, play, and socialize throughout the day with our staff and other dogs (with owner permission) in large exercise yards. We also offer "park runs" in our "Park on Golden Ponds" dog park. At Harbor City Kennels, our goal is to provide a clean, safe, low-stress "home away from home" atmosphere for your pet. As a crew member at Harbor City Kennels we require just a few things -Must be willing to pick up 50 lbs -Can work with with both cat and dog -Can work with up to 5 dogs at a time -Needs to be attentive, assertive with animals -Reliable, Honest, Loyal, On time -No Past criminal convictions or record (must pass a background check) -Is Okay with routines, and can follow them -Work well with others as well independent -High school diploma or equivalent to GED -Humble, Conscious and compassionate -Can work in any weather condition Duluth brings our way -Can stand up/ walk for long periods of time Morning Shift: 6:30am-1:30pm Night Shift: 1:30pm-9:30pm Compensation: Minimum wage to start If you have any dog/cat experience this would be ideal position for you!
